DO NOT REGISTER YOUR CLUB, OR MEMBERS FOR THE 2003 YEAR UNTIL IT DOES.

The club fee is $30, the athletes fee is either $10 or $12, the coach fee is either $12 or $14. Volunteers (team moms, scorekeepers, etc.) may register for $12.

If you prefer to send them to me, you may download the forms from www.aausports.org and mail them to me with a CERTIFIED CHECK to:

All Baseball tournament entry paperwork will be mailed here to Greensboro including the tournament entry form, the roster, copy of the AAU card, copy of the Club membership, copy of the Certificate of Live Birth, and a copy of the Athlete/Coach Waiver form. The Tournament Director only gets the tournament entry form, a copy of the roster, and the tournament entry check in CERTIFIED form. TOURNAMENT ENTRY DEADLINES ARE TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR TOURNAMENT. That is to say that the August 30-Sep 2 Labor Day tournament deadline is AUGUST 16.

If you have not completed your AAU cards, which is probably going to be impossible, We will accept your entry sans cards, until you can send them. I am prepared to receive faxed copies of the cards FOR THE LABOR DAY TOURNAMENT ONLY.

Once we have a file for your team, you will only need to send the tournament entry form, the roster and any subsequent documentation for additions to the original roster."
